As we do ONLY run Gluten Free items through our machinery, Wilbur Chocolate does NOT certify their chocolate as “Gluten Free.” As there are none of the Gluten “Protiens” present in their chocolate, there could be cross contamination at their facility. Please consider Wisteria Sweets as a “Shared Kitchen Facility,” going forward. We WILL continue using Gluten Free ingredients and hope that those who are less allergic, will continue enjoying our candy. The Gluten Free signage and labels will be changed back to “May Have Traces of Gluten” as soon as they are available. We are sincerely sorry for this inconvenience!
